When will you stop putting the needs of the hospital administration ahead of your family?
Are you going to continue to get denied PTO and vacation time just because there isn't enough staff to approve your request?
Are you going to continue to watch your kids grow up in pictures?
How many more decades, years, months or even shifts?
Do you want to continue to sacrifice your hard earned time and money?
And all I ask is to decide now whether you are content or you are certain that change is necessary in the next few moments.

I'm sure I'm not the only one that has worked with someone that was just toxic to the work environment, who has worked with those that have been so lazy and more about planning for their weekend than working the plan or expected to do the work of others on the team because we had a project with a deadline.
Let me be very clear on our Bedside to Beachside expectations and who this is not for.
It is not for those that are negative and create a toxic environment.
It is not for those who do not work well with others and are the weakest link in the team.
This is not for those who are content with their current role and not ready to plan for their future.
This is not for those who accept and are willing to continue to trade their time for a dollar and are content working paycheck to paycheck.
And if that's you, please stop and we wish you the best. This is not the opportunity for you as our number one core value is empower and not enablement.
Now this is absolutely for those of us that were burned out, sick and tired of being sick and tired of getting denied vacation and PTO just because the department's understaffed.
It's for those who are under-appreciated and poorly compensated and are done with all the B's.
This is definitely for those who have had enough of the abuse and disrespect from the patients and are humble, coachable, teachable and resourceful, willing to learn something new to be able to follow the success of other people.
This is definitely for those who want to be present and never miss another magical moment with their kids or their family.
And for those that are interested in looking good, feeling better and experiencing the world, this is exactly for you. The ones who want limitless travel and a VIP lifestyle.


When I was working at the hospital upward of 80 hours a week, administration was leveraging my skill and my time to fill a void in their schedule. Does that sound familiar?
Like many of my colleagues, I racked up a pretty hefty student loan note. And once I started working at the bedside, that debt just never seemed to get any smaller. Can you relate?
It wasn't until I found a system like the one you're going through right now that I was able to apply everything I learned and leverage my income to eliminate 100% of the debt in 18 months. And when I say 100%, that included everything, even my car notes and my mortgage on 20 acres in Lake Tahoe, Truckee, to be specific.
If you're anything like I was, raising a family in addition to working extra shifts and often two or three different locations.
The one thing I was neglecting, it was the one thing I was trying so hard to provide for my family. I ended up working so hard to create the ideal life I wanted to live.
I neglected to live the life I was actually creating.
And as a result, I was watching my kids grow up in pictures. That is, until I began to leverage my time and allocate and outsource non income producing activities.
What areas in your life would you like to apply this to?

Like housekeeping, the landscaping, grocery shopping, meal prepping, you name it. Once you understand the full power of leverage, you can actually buy back your time.
